At the time of this review the cover has only been on the boat a week. I'm giving it 5 stars, for now, for the following reasons... Fit. I have a 17' Bayliner capri bowrider w/ an outboard. If I wanted to adjust the front a little, this would cover from bow to prop. It almost covers the prop as it sits, but I'm afraid of the stress to the fabric against the prop blade. So, only the prop is exposed. I can't comment on towing with this cover on and I never intend to. Everything was included. Hey, you take a chance nowadays. Not with this company. It came packed in a bag with a drawstring. The straps were individually wrapped, wound and secured with a rubber band and in their own plastic bags. The cover was folded...much nicer than will it ever be folded again. Quality. Fabric feels sturdy. I did tug on this fabric a bit, in the rear by the outboard, to see if I could stretch it over the prop enough to ease my worries. It didn't rip. It didn't feel like it was about to rip and I didn't hear it complaining like it was going to rip either. The bow is easily distinguishable with this cover and there is an elastic band in the front (the elastic forms a triangle to grab the bow) which I found helpful, especially when putting a cover on alone. It's a nice starting point and it doesn't slip off when you pull the cover back. I like that the cover is reflective, despite it being silver in color. I understand reflecting the heat and whatnot, so we'll see if it actually does it's job. The straps worked very easily. They attach to the cover through a canvas loop that is sewn on to the cover. I didn't notice anything remarkable while fastening the cover through these loops. They work and I didn't notice any stress on the cover, after they were tightened, that would foreshadow a failure. Took less than two minutes to fasten all of them. Cinch style, but they don't feel cheap. The plastic clip feels sturdy and releases without straining. I do question the durability of these clips when exposed to the elements for extended periods, but they can be replaced easily enough. A couple of things to note. Already mentioned, I haven't towed with the cover on and won't unless absolutely needed so I can't speak to that claim. My boat is smaller and the bimini top creates a (hopefully) perfect V shape that should expel water without use of a pole. This means the cover fits well enough that there isn't a ton of sag. This also means their sizing chart is fairly accurate. You can see the centerline is pretty maxed covering the outboard and swimstep, but the beam has some give. I happened to get very lucky, but we all know these things vary. These pictures were taken before the cover was adjusted and strapped down. I hope this helps. I will update this review if anything out of the ordinary happens. ... show more

For the price this is exactly what I expected. It is well made but it's a light weight cover. It has a waterproof coating underneath but will never hold up on the road and probably would last a year out in the weather if you don't let water or snow sit on it. I'm using as a dust cover because my boat parks under a carport so perfect for my needs. If you're looking for a road cover that will last expect to spend hundreds mine was $600 fifteen years ago that's reality. ... show more

    • Color faded in tx sun within a year UV weakened it after 2 years
in feb of 2022 when i bought it, it cost 117.00 it lasted 2 years. the dark navy color faddded to gray by the end of the first year. the boat remains covreded year round except when i take it out on the weekends. the texas sun is brutal. it is now feb 2024 and the fabric is so weakend from sun that i has torn in several places. it still sheds water but is being repalced by a 900d over in gray since the sun woukd kill all other colors ill start that way this time. also have to replace the straps for the cover support pole system as the uv bleed thru made thm britle as well. replaceing witth 1 inch uv polyester heavy straping. for the price its worth it the new cover is cheaper and heaver. well see if i caan get 3 years out of it..... ... show more

This boat cover is a light weight cover and that is what I wanted when I purchased this boat cover. I do not travel with this cover but I use it when I store my boat outside in the summer. It is easy for me to put on my boat and easy to take off. I live in Colorado high country and this cover has even endured heavy spring snow and the cover stitching has not torn. The straps are easy to adjust and the plastic tabs have never broke. I highly recommend this cover for storage. I personally bought one size larger than recommended to wrap all around the hull of my boat and I am completely satisfied with this cover. ... show more

This cover (Sold by iCover) is not near the quality expected. I ordered the black/white/gray digital camo and it looked great when I received it and fit very good. I was very happy with the craftsmanship and overall appearance. However, over the next few months the quality of the material used started to show. Within 3 months there was very noticeable fading from the sun. This only became worse (6-8 months) to the point the cover had a pink hue to it. (I'll provide photos later). I was a bit disappointed, but the cover seemed to be doing its main job of keeping out debris and water. However, this all changed when the material finally just gave out. The elements (particularly the sun in my opinion, USA, Tennessee) broke down the material and a hole formed in the cover. This is definitely not 600D material. I also used the proper support poles with the vented plastic top on the center support rod so there wasn't any pooling of water or sagging on the cover. I will add that I bought an outboard motor cover (black and different material) and the support pole/vent from this same company (Sold by iCover) and they have held up very well. The cover is just not a true outdoor cover. Probably fine for a couple full exposure weeks here and there, but this cover would seem to do better indoor or at a very minimum for a boat that can be stored under a carport. Do not be fooled by what this cover is described to do. I have repeatedly attempted to remedy this situation via the warranty (1 year) and not even gotten a reply. What's the point in having a warranty if there is not a clear-cut way to file for a claim? It's a mass selling company that says it has a warranty, but really does not. It's a bait-and-switch tactic to provide the customer with a sense that the product has extra value & some peace-of-mind to provide that little extra push when a customer is making the final decision of whether to buy their product or not. Unfortunately, providing a negative feedback/description is my only recourse at this point. ... show more

This cover works perfectly for keeping out debris and rain from my fishing boat. It is heavy duty and can definitely weather the storms, keeping out debris, rain and sand.

Im not sure how all the others work or operate but this one is awesome. Nice thick material has loops on the sides to easily run clamps though to secure boat cover it also comes with the pull tight clamps and a mesh bag to put the cover in when not in use. I have a 16ft starcraft Kingfisher that I transformed into a center console and it works perfectly fine. ... show more
