We have had issues with the neighbors' dogs and ours barking and fighting at the fence run. I did not want to replace the fence, nor did we want to block the wind as it passes through the fence. I found this on AMAZON and wish we would have found it sooner. Not only did it help with the dogs barking, but it really dressed up that side of the yard and added to our privacy. It is very easy to put up. My suggestion though is upgrade the zip ties, the ones it ships with are pretty week. Second, buy steel tent stakes and fasten the bottom to the ground. Third, along the fence every 16' of so, place a piece of pipe into the ground going up pinning the fence material. Doing so will reduce or eliminate the fence covering fluttering. ... show more

Overall It is a great cheap way to create privacy over your fence. If you living in a really windy area be prepared to replace it every few years. Also during windy days it creates a lot of noise. Installing is easy but time consuming. Some heads up!!! To make sure that your fence is well attached to a ground. Exactly what I needed to get privacy from our nosey neighbor. I got the 3.5ft by 16ft I didn’t see they had the 50ft available if not I would’ve gotten that one instead I did want the whole deck to be covered. I purchased this privacy screen to hide our pool equipment. I placed the screen on the north-facing side of our chain link fence. (I used heavy duty zip-ties - not the zip-ties with came with the screen.) The day after the installation, we had a major storm with straight line wind speeds clocked up to 86mph.
