The last water shoe I bought was 16yrs ago. They looked the same as the ones my mom got me 20yrs before that. Nerdy, un-stylish and lame. I was about to go on vacation this year, saw these and was intrigued. First off, this seller was one of the couple that offered this in my size (I wear a 15 in shoes). I tried it on and literally fits like a sock but with a solkd rubber bottom. We went swimming in Key West and they stayed on in the water. They didn't rub my heel. I like them so much wore them around Key West like shoes. Furthermore, on long trips in the semi I kick off my steel toes and drive with these on. ... show more

These things were a godsend for me! Definitely go one size up from your regular show size. They fit like a glove and really helped with walking on shells & the like. You'll need to remove the insole and invert the slipper part to get all of the sand out of them. Definitely worth it!

Very cute design, I choose black with some whit and blue triangle print on the sides. They meet all of my needs in a water shoe, I also use them while doing some workouts… recommend staying away from weight lifting 😂

Just received mine, about 3/4" too short, not the Size 14 I always wear and fit perfectly into. I'd say it's closer to a Size 12. I'm 12" from tip of toe to back of heel and the sole of this thing is the same 12". So, my toenail pushes the fabric out and not only is too tight in that respect, but will also chafe and wear through from contact with what shoes come into contact with, as well as toenail wear from the pressure. I will probably be returning these. The ONLY advantage is that the too-snugginess makes it easier to slip my covered feet into and out of straps and other gear. That's the trade-off. ... show more

These water shoes are wonderful! I just had the opportunity to try them at the health club. The problem that these shoes address was twofold. First, I'm 69 years old and sometimes I am not quite that sure of my balance. The floors at the health club are tile and are sometimes quite wet which makes them quite slippery. I am terribly afraid of slipping and the rubber of these shoes gives me a high level of assurance that I will not slip and fall. And then I found another anticipated benefit. . .We have been experiencing very hot temperatures outside at the pool. Wearing the shoes protects my feet from the scorching heat of the concrete around the pool. What a pleasure to wear in and around the water. I wear a 10.5 medium so I ordered the size10.5 to 11. At first I thought that these would be too small but after trying them on, I determined that the fit was exact. They also seemed to be of high quality. In short, I really like these water shoes and am glad that I ordered them. ... show more
