Bought for a Pioneer XDJ-RX2 controller. It fits well for length and width, however it's roomy on depth, even with the front pockets filled. I added a decorative, easy-to-fold throw folded on the front side of the deck to compensate. The fabric is more durable than I expected, and I anticipate it'll hold up decently well. The padding isn't super dense but feels thick enough that it should handle average use/bumping around no problem. The zipper tabs look solid and the teeth zip smoothly. The handles are sturdy, though I figured they'd benefit from a Velcro grip wrap I see on most duffle bags, so I added one from an old bag I don't use much--just what it needed! The shoulder strap feels secure enough, but the strap/handle on the side opposite of the pockets seems pointless and is the only part of the case I do not trust to bear weight. The pockets are very handy, at least for my needs. The larger one fits my 15" Dell Inspiron, and the slightly smaller one easily fits my headphones and charging cables. As a bonus: black and green are my colors, so I am extra pleased with the color scheme. ... show more

I purchased this bad to carry my Novation Launchkey 37. Although the keyboard did fit the bag itself was not firm. It came folded in half and never really got its shape back. Its far from firm and sturdy. There is some mild padding and it might be useful to some depending on what you’re planning on carrying but it just didn’t work for what I needed it for. I did like the green interior. I really wanted to like this bag but I couldn’t find any use for it so I returned it and received a full refund. ... show more

Overall quality of bag is built well. It is a soft cover bag, so drop protection is non existent. However, I purchased this for quick transportation and not storage.
