The item was defective and didn't work properly, it cost me $25.00 to put service on the phone which, frankly, you should reimburse me for. My refund is taking far too long to process also.

I bought the phone I hoped to enjoy it, but the phone has short battery life, it takes long to charge, blurry picture, and some of the YouTube I watched the voice sound different. I sent it back. Nice weight very pretty phone.

I love the size. The sound is loud,but not smooth as my ule phone was. Many apps not compatible with phone as in Amazon app, pharmacy app or cc and banking apps... Which limits it to almost a landline.... So beware it's a Samsung wanna be...
