My daughter has a sleep disorder that makes sleeping through the night, taking naps, and getting more than six hours of sleep difficult. I had not slept through the night in four years... until last night. We have tried several of these clocks, but they always only allowed you to set either the moon or the sun. Never both. This has led to many problems as she stayed up too late or woke up too early. We lost many hours of sleep testing these. This is the first one we tested that allowed us to set the sun and the moon. Is it perfect? No. The screen is too bright, and I can't figure out how to dim it. It doesn't appear to have a battery pack, which was a universal feature in the other versions of this we have tried. Will that prevent me from buying another one...? Also no, I have another one coming today! I might get a third for our main space so she can see when it is moon time and control the start of her bedtime routine. If you need to program when the sun sets and when it rises because you need this to help you set both bedtime and wake time, this is for you. Then again, I literally don't care about the other features, so... The night light is nice, and she likes the colors. The screen brightness is enough night light though, tbh. We are using the "night light" as a reading light on its highest settings. It needs to be plugged in, which is not a big deal for us. If you need it to be unplugged, you can get a portable charger and run it on that. Oh! And did I mention the sun and the moon are independently programmable and it works?? I did? All this sleep is giving me too much energy....

It's crazy that this watch doesn't have a button at the top to turn off the alarm when ringing, you have to actually grab the watch, turn it upside down and then press any button to turn the alarm off. The watch is kind of slippery so Imagine a kid doing this. Update: Seller provided the instructions on how to stop the alarm when ringing by also pressing either light buttons.

This has worked great for my daughter to see when it's ok to wake up. She likes the night light features. We didn't use any of the sound settings. After 2 years it just stopped working. I think something with the cord? We never move it, it stays in her room plugged in so I'm not sure why it stopped. Bummed it did, debating getting another one...

Saved my sanity! My 2yo started waking 4x/night and we needed some help to rebuild her previous sleeping habits. This clock was a huge asset. The sun/moon pictures are easier for my toddler to understand than just colors (which other clocks offer), and this clock is much more affordable than others we considered. We don't use the other features too much, but even just the sun/moon feature is absolutely worth it. So glad we are back to sleeping through the night!

What a waste of money. Everything about this product looked good on paper. We liked the sleep/wake feature; the nightlight colors were cool; and the sounds were soothing. But the cable connection started to fail after only 3 months. We’ve been able to jerry-rig it for another couple of months, but tonight it failed completely. This product only lasted 5 months, and the only thing we did to it was turn it on and off every day. Don’t buy. UPDATE: I've changed my star rating and title to reflect this update. Within 24 hrs. of posting this review, the Seller contacted me with an offer for a replacement clock. It arrived within 1 week. It has a different power connection (no longer a mini-USB, now a standard jack-style connection). We've had it for about a month and have not had any issues. I would change my recommendation to "Buy" as long as it does not have the USB-style connection. Either way, serious kudos to this company for their responsiveness and willingness to work with their customers.

Bought two, neither stay on when plugged in because the internal power are so loose that it turns off. One of them did not have a power block inside. Unfortunate, because my kids really liked these night light clocks.

I have been using this alarm clock for my 4 (almost 5) year old for a couple months and it’s been great! It comes with detailed instructions which is necessary because setup is a bit daunting (hold onto those instructions for future reference!). The timer option for the light being separated from the noise has been perfect for naps. My child can wake up on her own time and knows if the light is off she can hop out of bed, it’s a great feature. The alarm button is easy to locate and easy to use so my child is able to turn it off in the morning on her own creating a nice bit of independence. There’s several light and sound options which is awesome for a kid who likes some variety in their life. Overall, this is everything I wanted and could have asked for in an alarm clock for a child. Would highly recommend!
