I needed something to store my lingerie and folded clothes for a while between bedroom sets. I was happy when I opened the box and saw that they put the part number on the bags holding the legs... then saw they did not do the same to the bags holding the joints. That would have made assembly MUCH easier and not having the different joint pieces numbered slowed me down (I would suggest you keep the legs in their respective bags and use pieces of masking tape to label the joint bags). They also misnumbered some of the legs on the instructions, so I panicked briefly before realizing that even though the numbers were different, I did have all of the pieces. The smaller flat pieces that are where you put the items are strong, but only one was as tight as I would have liked. The other two had a little give and I was not happy about that. The piece that encloses it fits fine, but the velcro that keeps the front together is not sufficient. It needs one at the top near the zipper, one in the middle and one at the bottom. There are only ones in the middle and the bottom, which causes gaps and doesn't allow it to close well. I also would have liked there to have been velcro to attach the enclosure to the base, not ties. Last, it needs caps on the bottom of the feet. I put it together where I wanted it to be. I would advise you to do the same as I am not sure how moving it from room to room would be. It fits what I need it for, so at the end of the day I am happy. ... show more

When I ordered this, I was thinking that it might be nice to set up in our spare bedroom for company or extra storage when too many things have been purchased at yard sales. Basically, I was thinking more in terms of temporary storage that I could set up and take down. This is not that. While the assembly is pretty straightforward and doesn't require tools, simple it is not. This is completely made of cloth and plastic pipe with connectors and it is NOT something you can set up and take down easily. Honestly, based on past experiences with similarly designed products, I would be quite hesitant to try taking it apart once I got it set up for fear of damaging something. With that in mind, if it was going to be in a more permanent position, it seems like it would be pretty nice for the price, albeit it definitely will not support a lot of weight (even the shelves are cloth) and I would be very hesitant to use it somewhere around small children who might try climbing on it (especially without securing it to something at the top rear to keep it from tipping forward if pulled upon). That being said, this thing is super light and probably wouldn't hurt you that badly even if you did pull it over on you. And, being this light, it would be very easy to move from room to room. So, for the price, for a little extra storage, it isn't bad, assuming you plan to leave it set up. Personally, though, I was hoping for something a bit quicker and easier to set up and take down for temporary use, and this is definitely not in that category. ... show more

I've been hanging my clothes in an unfinished attic space. To keep dust and cobwebs off I needed to have something to hang my clothes and cover them. I got this wardrobe to solve that problem. This whole wardrobe is assembled from metal tubes and plastic couplings. There was an instruction/assembly booklet in the box that I found easy to follow - though make sure you pay attention to which plastic couplers the instructions are calling for in specific locations as they look pretty similar at first glance. The package included everything needed to assemble the wardrobe and all pieces and parts were present. I found the finished assembled wardrobe easy to move into position as it is pretty light. The cover for the wardrobe has a zipper for the top of each door. The middle between the doors is held together by a patch of velcro. The photos on the product page show the open wardrobe with the doors rolled up and secured at the sides. If you don't do that but just unzip the tops, you end up with what I show in my photo. I think this wardrobe is a relatively cheap, easy solution to provide a space to keep my clothes clean and hung. ... show more

Assembly was relatively easy, no additional tools are required. The frame is metal tubing that connects to plastic connectors and this took me about 15 minutes to put together. Once finished, it is really light and easy to move around. At it's cost and the way it feels, I could definitely see this in a college dorm or maybe a kids room, right now we're putting this in our guest. The shelves are basically thin fabric stretched between the poles and they do have some give so I wouldn't put anything heavy or with sharp corners on this. The fabric cover is okay but the doors are difficult to roll up and get out of the way. This really is a "you get what you pay for" item. ... show more

This portable closet came packaged with fairly easy to follow directions, although, some of the pieces could have been better labeled for easier identification. The instruction booklet did a good job of illustrating the pieces though, which made figuring out the connector pieces and assembly easy. I liked that no tools were needed to put the closet together and it was quick and easy to assemble in just minutes. There is plenty of shelf space and rods for hanging clothes too. It would be nice if the shelves could hold more than 11 lbs each, but that's still pretty good for the price. Overall, this is a pretty decent portable storage closet. ... show more
