10 Kg Metal Melting Furnace from Hytech Products having MS material body and Burner Nozzle made from SS-304 delivers solid performance and high durability. Propane Furnace heating zone is fully insulated with 1 Inch thick refractory ceramic fiber, and it’s cover is insulated with 2-3 inch refractory ceramic fiber which can resist temperature up to 2600°F (1425°C). In order to provide better results and stability to crucible, furnace floor is geared with ceramic fiber and refractory brick.Interior of the combustion chamber comes up with refractory coating which protects inner wall, prevent heat loss, defend ceramic fiber linings against heat, flue gasses and fumes and help us save fuel and power.Generally Propane Furnace and other casting tools are used to make complex shapes by metal smith, jewellers, refiners or recyclers for smelting and have been widely applied for sculpture (especially in bronze), jewellery in precious metals, and weapons and tools.
