As far as plastic headsets go, they look and feel good. The matte finish on the plastic feels good and doesn't seem to show finger prints. As far as their advertised memory foam band I couldn't tell. The clamping pressure of the headset is frankly far too high for a product meant for sitting on the couch and playing a videogame. They require a USB dongle to work so on one hand pairing is flawless, on the other you need an open USB port. I did like the idea of the mute led on the mic boom, however, the led is so dim its not the best indicator. The point of the led is a convienent way to tell if you are muted, but you have to break your eyes away from the game to look at it as its not really in your field of view. The clamping pressure was so high in fact I felt them long after I took them off after only wearing them for 1 hour. The added clamping preassure also added strap pressure across the top of my head which the "memory foam" did nothing to abait. Then there is the sound quality. Highs are washed out, bass is far to boosted, and being in a chat with someone they sound far away. I was told that from the other end the mic is adequate. All in all, it's good. These are a awesome headphones that are still in use today. Purchased in 2020. Great rich clear sound. The build quality is amazing! No cheap plastic and the way they are engineered makes so the won't break from regular use. I've had headphones from another brand become unusable only for the fact the frame starts to crack and break just v from clamping force over time. My only gripes about the headphones is the indicator at end of mic doesn't glow red if muted anymore. Also sometimes rarely I have to unplug and reinsert the usb transmitter to the Xbox. Very a error no mic found in the party menu. That resolves that but again doesn't happen often. Last not a complaint but wish it was a option to adjust eq settings. It does have good base but sometimes you want a little more depending on the situation. Overall awesome set of headphones! Oh! I also wish they charged via USB C instead of Micro Usb. ... show more

I used these headphones for about 3 months mostly playing warzone and then decided to switch to the Turtle Beach 700 Gen2 Max. I paid $90 for these and ended up returning them. Pros - They were pretty comfortable, and the battery life was good. They did have mic monitoring it just needs to be turned on. Cons- I did have some connectivity issues with my headset. Sometimes it wouldn't connect on the first try. The volume control isn't the best. If you increase game sound the chat sound goes down, and vice versa. Also every time you press the button to increase/decrease volume it goes up/down 10% there's no fine tuning volume since it doesn't have a volume wheel. The sound quality was pretty decent but not as good as the Turtle beaches at picking up the direction of footsteps. The volume issues were the biggest reason I switched from these to the turtle beaches. ... show more

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my Nephew. He absolutely loves them. While he is gaming on line with friends, he is free to walk across the room, without taking them off. He can still hear his Mother call out for him but, they quiet the noise from outside and no static noise bleed through from the electricity. Very good product for the mild price. I get these for my kids to use while gaming. They also use them with their phones for music. They last a few years which is pretty good considering the how much they are used and by whom. I would suggest spending a few bucks for the warranty if they aren't used by an adult.
