Could only use a pump to inflate…despite stretching and trying everything to inflate it wouldn’t fully inflate. 1st balloon: wouldn’t inflate past a certain point and it was lumpy 2nd balloon: wouldn’t inflate past a certain point and was lumpy 3rd balloon: had a hole near the lip, but when we pumped it fast enough and covered the hole…it wouldn’t inflate further The colors when it did inflate was beautiful…I’ll pay 1 cent for the color and that’s it. THE WORST BALLOONS EVER! THIS SHOULD NOT BE FOR SALE! Condoms inflate better than these! ... show more
