I was making 84oz a day and NEEDED this to keep hydrated. Not sure if this is meant to boost your milk production, but holy cow it worked amazing for me for almost a whole year. This was the only Hydration packet that was breast feeding safe, without paying an arm and a leg and tastes so good without being overly sweet with the fake sugar after taste other brands have. No caffeine is such a huge plus. I actually use more water with each packet because it just tastes so good that way( Not sure if that’s recommended but it worked for me) I got all flavors to see which I liked best and blue raspberry is where it’s at! So I don't feel like I seen a increase in my breast milk production like they claim to do. About 4 of the packets of powder were hard, meaning that it some how got moisture to it or had gone bad. Which really sucks when there was only like 20 in the bag. Overpriced. The flavor is good though so I will give them that. ... show more
