I LOVE THIS BEVERAGE! This product is marketed to pregnant and breastfeeding moms but is honestly good for anyone. I am not pregnant nor and I breastfeeding but this helps me stay hydrated while traveling or even if I have a busy day and don't get as much water as I need. You know when you get a headache and it's probably because you didn't drink enough water? This helps me get rid of that without taking meds. I would add, I don't drink more than 1 a day, I start to feel like I'm retaining water when I do. I've purchased both the strawberry kiwi (kind of tastes like jello) and the blue raspberry (kind of tastes like a bombpop) and both flavors are amazing. I bought these to help stay hydrated as I pump. I didn’t really notice a difference in my actual milk supply, but it definitely makes it easier to stay hydrated and gives me some natural energy during the day. I have tried the strawberry kiwi and the blue raspberry lemonade and liked them both. The flavors did take some getting used to at first, but I ended up liking them. I’d say the blue raspberry was my favorite out of the two. Also, when adding the packet to a bottle of water, I had to mix a little at a time for the blue raspberry or else it would fizz, overflow and create a mess; this didn’t happen for the strawberry kiwi. The taste has a little fizz but not too much. It also has good taste not too strong and not to sour. It is very easy to use, just get water, open packet and pour than stir.

I am not a fan of the taste of this product I just wish it was a little sweeter. But for a quick electrolyte drink it is easy to make. The product is individually wrapped and the quality of the powder is decent, there may be clumps so just mix it well!

Blue razz is pretty good, I ordered a few times while pumping. Can’t say it helped supply but it did help me up my fluid intake. Tried the green apple once and that was a mistaaaaaake! While it may not increase your production (at least in my case) it was a good way to keep myself hydrated while breastfeeding. I got the Blue raspberry lemonade and it was tasty and wasn’t gritty at all.

These aren’t awful but not the best either. When I mix them with a water bottle some almost seem carbonated. There were a few of the packers that were puffed with air completely almost like bubble wrap. They are terrible to try to open with one hand. I got the blueberry flavor and it’s not terrible but it’s not the greatest. If you like flavor it’s definitely better to go with 12 oz cup but if that dosent matter then mix it in with a regular 16 oz water bottle it’ll tasted a little watered down.
