The product itself seems fine but the package came badly damaged and one of the bottle jacks had fallen out. I contacted Amazon support and then gave me a website to get in touch with them. Punchline, the site doesn't exist. This item weighs over 100lbs so returning is not a good option for me so I will be purchasing another bottle jack online.
