The package came in 12, a few of the lanterns were defected ( quality control?) There were no hole for the ring to thread thru.No instruction given from the package. Poor product! Ugh!

Decorations are a good size for an apartment window. Really easy to put together, they're made of felt and come pre-cut. Provided jump rings to attach tassels and hanging loops were easy to bend with my fingers, though I did wind up using my pliers since I was doing so many of them. Just twist the ring ends apart at the gap a little bit, add on the decoration & tassel or loop, and then twist the ring ends back together. Needed a little bit of bending to get the felt pieces to interlock, but it wasn't too bad, and they flattened back out quickly. Very nice quick little decorations. ... show more
