These are comfy "lay around the house" or "run short errands" pants and although the material is thin, that's ok with me. They are nice and loose and you can do your high kicks in them, lol. HOWEVER, for the size that you get, the waistband is TIGHT. And I actually am a bit curvy with a defined waist. If you are a lady without one or a larger one, you are really not going to be happy. I was surprised at the material. I thought they would be more like a knit. I'm short, so I will have to figure a way to shorten them which is another expense.
