Why did you pick this product vs others?: these are peculiar... They look great and very stylish but the sizing is weird. They are very narrow at the top of the foot where the velcro is but then fit everywhere else. They also seem to run big. my son is sz 10 in regular vans and nike and these were long so much space in the toe. I had a hard time getting my son to keep these on because he said they hurt. They are also slippery which wore off once he ran in them outside for a bit. These seem to be best for kids with very slim feet. I would return but he needed them for school. so he had no choice but to wear them. ... show more
