I purchased this cruiser for my 11 year old daughter. She's about 51 inches tall at the moment. It's a little large for her and much heavier than her previous bicycle, but she loves it and is enjoying getting used to a larger and heavier bike. This bike is well constructed with nice features such as the basket, the rear rack, and a cup holder that has a slot for your smartphone. You do need several tools to assemble the bike when you take it out of the box. Only the rear tire is connected with the chain & guard. It took me about an hour to put together. An excellent bike. All of the parts, screws, and equipment are well made. My wife is 5'3" and the seat is down on the stem just about all the way to the bottom. The coffee holder comes with an iPhone holder too. That was a nice touch. However, there is not a lot of room on the handlebars for it, and it makes sharp turns a little difficult. It's not a big deal, as she's not going off-roading any time soon. The bike is heavier than expected. Again, not a big deal, but something to be aware of. The reflectors for the bike were shattered upon arrival. The front fender was bent and touching the tire. Once assembled, it was the most uncomfortable bike I’ve ever ridden. The seat angles do not match the overall frame, to get the seat high enough for the pedals, you’re riding hunch back to hold onto the handlebars. It’s honestly a nightmare of a bike. ... show more

I searched forever to find the perfect bike and I have found it in this one. I am 5'1" tall so had to have a 24" bike. Not only is this one more aesthetically pleasing them the hundreds of other bikes that I looked at, most of which were 26", it is far superior in comfort and rideability than my last Schwinn. Added bonus that it has a basket, cupholder and phone holder for my iPhone 6. Would definitely recommend for those short in stature. ... show more

    • It's really a great bike!
First of all, where are all the REVIEWS that were on here when I was looking at bikes??There were bunches of positive reviews, now there is one. It is a pretty bike and appears well made. My problem is I can't put it together. There is a large allen screw that is supposed to hold the handlebars on. I have an assortment of allen wrenches, none of which fit this screw. They do not say what size the screw is so kind of hard to know what to buy. NOTE: Every allen wrench I already have CAME WITH a product. Why didn't this one? Now the bike can sit and rot for all I care. It's useless to me. Update 11/20/17 - took me awhile to get it together because I needed to buy a set of allen wrenches, but it is altogether now and a beautiful bike. I did not put the coffee holder on - seemed silly and dangerous, but the bike is sturdy and well-built ! ... show more

Bought this bike for my 4'10" stepdaughter who is turning 14. Frame length might be a tad small for her, but she most likely will not get taller. Regardless, this is a fantastic beach cruiser for the money. Everything is supercool for a Huffy.

Birthday gift for our eleven-year-old granddaughter. Her pronouncement: "Its the most beautiful bike in the world!" and she's right. It is beautiful, and my husband said it went together very easily. Would absolutely recommend this bike to anyone who needs the 24" frame, even a short adult would like this. No cutsey graphics, just a beautiful color scheme...very restful.
