I would consider this a shimmer htv vs an actual glitter htv. It’s really pretty, but not what I was looking for. The “glitter” is very fine, which makes it more of a slight shimmer and kind of hard to tell it’s glittery, especially when paired with a true glitter vinyl. Because of this, I had to return it, so I’m not sure how it cuts, weeds, peels or adheres. I would consider purchasing again in the future if I have a need for shimmery htv. ... show more
