So surprised by the quality of the material. It came in the smallest little box, I mean like a 5x5x5 inch box, real small! So imagine my surprise when I take it out and it is a full costume made of nice thicker, softer material. Not like the thin polyester material type of costume you get at the Spirit stores. I’m happy to know that my 5 month old will be warm enough in it without needing to wear thick clothes underneath. And the detachable feet are perfect! My 2.5yo daughter will be able to take hers off to walk and trick or treat; whereas my 5mo will have his feet warm. Make sure to take it out and give it some time to unfold and take back its shape after being squished into the little packaging box. I will say that the hood is pretty big and covers his whole head sometimes, so I do find myself pulling it back a lot, but that’s my only complaint. Still very impressed with this costume!

The texture is pretty soft but the head doesn't collapse and it's light in weight. It seems like it's fairly true to size. My child is in 24 months clothes so I ordered up a size (as I usually do) and it's slightly big on them. I'd rather it be a little big than slightly too small. The colors are nice and vibrant. The foot area of the costume acts as a cover that goes over your child's shoes. I'm not 100% sure how convenient or inconvenient this will be. I feel it may trip my little one but we'll see. I appreciate that it's separate, that way it's optional to use. I haven't seen many people mention the zipper, so I will here. The zipper goes from the ankle/foot area up to the neck area and has a fabric flap that covers it so it won't bother your little one as they move about. When taking the costume off (or if your little one needs a diaper change) the zipper can be completely undone, meaning 1 leg will be in the costume and the other leg is free. I really like this feature! Great value for a great costume! Over all, VERY happy with this purchase!!

This Baby Dinosaur Costume was absolutely perfect for a chilly outdoor Halloween! The material is well made and cozy, and the vibrant pink color looked adorable and held up beautifully all night. The feet stayed on securely, and the dino head surprisingly stood upright through the entire event. Bonus: it washed nicely with no fading or misshaping. Highly recommend!

This was my son's first Halloween and this fit so nicely. He was 7 months at the time and the sizing was perfect! The feet are detached so for a baby that's not walking yet was kind of a bummer. I was hoping it was more of a footie pajama style for the baby sizes but that's my fault for assuming. They booties kept falling off but the quality of the costume is way better than I expected. We live in Virginia so fall and winter is usually mild and this was plenty warm enough. He didn't need anything under it. Its like a velvet texture and has a liner inside. Super cute! We will be saving this for another baby in the future for sure!

Cute, and warm. Seems well made. I listened to all the reviews saying true to size, and got 12-18mo for my 50% 12mo old, who still wears 9mo clothes. This costume Barely fit, I recommend sizing up.

My daughter LOVES this costume! It was for Halloween but rainbow pteranodon is now a regular character in our house! Great quality all around- material is thick, the wings are so cute and don’t obstruct movement. Best little dino costume out there!
