Likes: The price is good for what you get, a 32gb ram and a 4060rtx with the Intel CPU is reasonably powerful for laptop gaming. The options to customize your keyboard color is neat too. Sound is fine. Easy to carry. Better than most laptops. Dislikes: the screen is a little dull coloured but it's fine if you use an external display or you don't easily focus on flaws. The keyboard easily broke and the build quality seems poor but w/ HP and the sellers help that was solved soon. Can be a problem. ... show more

Can't get Webcam that is built in to work with the Microsoft clipchamp, even though I have granted permissions to the app and all of that. Kinda disappointed cause I bought this computer to make videos, and the cam won't work no matter what I do. I will be willing to change review depending on how this all plays out. Update angrier than hell. The clipchamp app still does not record videos. Doesn't matter what I do, and I am angry my time is being wasted, and even angrier they did not verify the app worked before sending out the other laptop. I said specifically I am planning on using it to make videos. What a joke. If I could charge these people for wasted time I would. Piss on this vendor, and piss on this laptop. Do not buy this laptop if you are planning on making videos. The software does not work, and they won't fix it. ... show more
