I have replaced every hanger in every closet in my house. It took me months, but I'm so glad that I did! The hangers are sturdy and very reliable. No breaking like with plastic hangers. No bending like with metal hangers. The velvet is soft and keeps the shoulders from slipping off. They hang well. The hook part turns so you can make sure all of your clothes are facing the same way. The closet looks neat. None of the hooks overlap. It's so nice not to have to wrestle your clothes out of the closet and have them keep their shape and hang straight.

These do their job beautifully — tank tops stay put, pants don’t slide, and they make my closet look Pinterest-perfect. BUT. Every time I touch one, it’s like I’m being personally attacked by the texture gods. Velvet hangers are the devil in disguise.

I received exactly what I wanted at a price better than all local stores. Clothes are easy to put on these hangers and the clothes do not slip off unintentionally due to the velvet. The top of the hanger will twist to easily make the the fronts of the clothes to all face the same direction or switch an individual outfit from parallel to front facing to prepare for morning selection.
