I ordered this sleeveless blouse in a Large based upon the reviews. I'm a 38C and usually order a large (sometimes a medium). The large fit snug in chest and somewhat in hips. And because it was 100% cotton - and didn't want the pulling open in the front, don't you hate that?- I returned for an XL. I haven't washed it yet, but I assume it will shrink some but will still fit fine. Will edit if not. The length is good, fits over the butt and not too long. The seller credited my account as soon as I returned via UPS and sent the XL within a day. The fabric seems more like a crepe type instead of linen. But like it and will keep.

First, it's very well made: the seams are straight, no threads, nothing wonky in the proportions... also, the design (stripes) is made of actual colored threads woven into the fabric, not a print. Finally, it comes out of the washer-dryer like new and is light and cool to wear. One of my best buys on Amazon.

I like this shirt so much, I bought it in 4 colors (white, the dusty pink, dark blue and sky blue). I have a hard time getting shirts that fit me since i'm petite and slim ( 5 foot and 115lb , pretty flat chested with full hips). I got a small. Shirts of this nature usually have too much fabric in the back and the arm holes are positioned low for women with fuller breasts. The armholes on this are higher than other average height shirts, but still a bit low for petite women. Overall, construction and stitching is solid. It works for my slim figure and would also accomodate anyone with a belly. I am going to hem the shirt a bit shorter to fit my proportions better, but in general, anyone can tuck this shirt in and it works great! The white is a bit sheer and i'd wear a camisole under it. The other colors are fine as is. I'm happy with this shirt.

Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Great fabric; light-medium cotton feel, has 'tailored' structure, not boxy. Love the colors; the navy was a true navy, and the light blue so pretty, and they did not fade in the wash. So I am ordering more colors because I have been looking for cotton tops that can be dressy OR casual (hard to find!) The only con is the sizing; reading reviews didn't help me. So hope this does; in Target or Walmart sizing, In polyester blends, I wear XL/ (size 40C): EXCEPT for cotton materials, which I buy one size up; XXL due to shrinkage. This top is almost exactly 1/2 size SMALLER than regular Target/Walmart sizing; so the XXL I received was 1/2 size smaller than my regular XXL, (or 1/2 larger than the XL); so I recommend sizing up. So when I washed the XXL, it didn't leave much room for shrinkage; and it did shrink a little. But it still fit me perfect (even under the arms) because I hand washed them and didn't use a hot dryer (I did fluff them without heat in the dryer so no ironing needed). The blouses are worth this careful laundering. They were a much needed staple in my wardrobe, filled my need for easy summer tops and for traveling. Hope this helps.
