First glimpse and I was already pleased with it . The packaging is bloody fantastic, the picture of the Yautja is absolutely stunning along with the holographic add on to the box in total . Ok , enough about the packaging time to get to where this review truly counts 😎 out of box impressions as my previous review for the elder predator has said anything about the quality etc. etc. I wouldn’t expect anything less from this figure. Perfect articulation and where it counts and should . Articulation on the elbows and knees are very stiff and may need some oil. But that’s easily fixed I did come across two problems however . Said problems I think would be a big deal to the collectors that piece attention to detail on armor pieces the loincloth on the predator started to peel off as if the figure was old same applies to the left shoulder plate . Eventually , the whole thing (shoulder plate ) came off as if the fabric was rotting or of old material . No I’m not too concerned about it the figure in and of itself is absolutely stunning managed to mix and match some of the elder predator accessories to this one. Works just as fine if not better. To conclude this review I would like to say thank you to hottoys for making such amazing and extraordinarily detailed figurines . You guys put a lot of work and I’m forever pleased . Awaiting my AVP elder Predator sometime soon . You guys deserve every penny . Last not least my rating for this figure I’ll give this a five out of five because it’s hottoys .     • A more primal Predator figure
The original Jungle Hunter Predator is one of the most heavily armored versions of the character. The City Hunter is portrayed as the more streamlined, mobile version. This is the one that I would consider much more primal and "down-to-basics". Unless you opt to purchase a custom-made bio-mask to go with him, he doesn't have a mask to wear. He doesn't have the typical wrist blades or a plasma caster. I think of him as a more feral or primitive version as he only comes with a sword, a spear, and a disc ... with the most basic armor (more leather than usual). It makes him more unique compared to other Predator designs ... as if he is either against technology ... or as if he's so good he doesn't need the help of technology. The additional skull accessory is also very well done and gives him a great trophy. ... show more
