Definitely a decent little makeup set. Half of it seems to be useful and the other half, maybe not so much. I’m partial to the eyeshadow set and the highlighter personally. The blush/contour set will definitely get some use as will the brushes. The lip stuff is a no from me. The eyeliner is ok, but I don’t use eyeliner so I can’t fully comment on it. Funnily enough, the bag might be my favorite part. It worked really well for traveling. Overall, this is a great set for the price. It depends on your preferences but I think this is worthwhile. I would recommend, especially as a starter set!

i got this for my daughter who is a makeup snob. She at first wrinkled her nose at it, but then figured that it was a good set for her to take with her for various things when she didn't want to bring her normal MAC stuff. This kit had everything she needed for a basic night out, and she said she really liked the bag.

I like this makeup set. The case is nice and sturdy and has a semi-rigid surface that is easy to wipe down. The selection of makeup is nice. I like the neutral the ones of the eyeshadow. The makeup quality is decent. It's definitely wearable - I'd compare it to something you'd pick up at drugstores and other box box stores not specific to makeup. It's a nice start set or add-on for those that already use makeup. Cute!

This is a cute makeup set, but the quality of what’s inside varies by the item. The eyeshadow palette is a little disappointing, with stiff formulas for both the mattes and shimmers, and overall patchy pigmentation. The darker shades go on very sheer. The concealer is also disappointing, both in terms of the shade range and performance. The eyeliner is surprisingly good quality, and is waterproof and smudge resistant. The higlighter and blushes are also more smooth and pigmented than the eyeshadows. The lipsticks are also decent performers, as are the soft brushes. I probably wouldn’t recommend this set for an adult, or anybody that’s serious about makeup. But it would be an appropriate gift for a teen or adolescent that wants to play around with makeup.
