My daughter wore these boots once — just walking around the barn before her first riding lesson — and the zipper snapped before she even got on the horse. I returned them exactly as they were, within two weeks, and was only refunded half the cost. That’s unacceptable. If a product breaks after one use, that’s a defect — not wear and tear. The boots were clearly poor quality, and the seller didn’t stand behind them. If you’re buying these for actual barn use, don’t count on them lasting, and don’t expect a fair refund if they fail. ... show more

I ordered these boots specifically because multiple reviews said they were perfect for wide calves. I ordered the 7.5 Wide option. I tried them on my daughter and they won’t even zip up past right above her ankles. 😣 I have to return them. Otherwise they’re actually pretty nice boots.
