I ordered both variations of this PlayZap hopper ball and can tell you that they're exactly the same, except for the color and price. Quality is about what I expected. It's essentially a yoga ball with a handle. 18" is the diameter once properly inflated. Ignore the photo with the 2 girls -- no way is the ball that big! In my photo, the ball is inflated to approx 17.5". I used an electric inflator rather than the manual one that was included. My wife used the hand pump. I was surprised by how fast she inflated the ball, so it's really not much work to fill up the ball. It comes with a little fork for removing the plug, and an extra plug. Our 6 year old loves hopping around the house with it. I'd say that the minimum age should be 4. There's no way for a 3 year old to straddle the ball, even if partially deflated. The ball is simply too large. My only other small complaint is that the handle should be stiffer.
