I was hesitant to order this ingenious product because my children already have enough noise-making toys to drive me insane. I was sold on the concept of an age-appropriate, balance-training pogo for my toddler but I dreaded the idea of the squeaker feature. I poured over user reviews on Amazon and the manufacturer’s website, hoping that some other sane human being had the same concerns as I, but found only complaints and no confirmation that the squeaker could be easily removed without damaging the product. With my son’s birthday coming up I decided to take the risk and order it. I figured that if I couldn’t kill the squeak I’d just return it before he saw it and knew what he was missing. I’m happy to report that I was able to silence this toy and gift it to my son! There are two small, plastic, bulb-shaped squeaker inserts, one at each end of the foam base. I inserted my finger into the opening to feel around the squeak mechanism and confirmed that it was not glued or permanently attached inside. I used needle-nose pliers to grasp the stem of the squeaker while depressing the bulb with my finger and slowly stretching the foam around it as I carefully worked it out. The foam does have some elasticity but I didn’t want to force it too quickly and risk tearing the foam. Each squeaker came out intact and the foam block shows no scars or signs of the surgery. All in, I probably spent less than two minutes investigating and removing the squeakers versus the hour or so that I spent scouting the internet and debating whether or not to buy it. I hope my detailed review may save someone else the trouble. As I write this, my three-year-old son is happily hopping around the house (wearing his bike helmet) with no sound other than his laughter and joy. My eight-year-old daughter gave it a go and is jealous so I may have to buy another! I also gave it a try and was surprised at how much air you can get due to the elastic bands that connect the handlebars to the foam base. The media could not be loaded. This was a birthday gift for my 4-year-old. Her first attempt or two, she could not get her balance, but once she figured it out, she was good to go. Yes, it squeaks when jumping but it doesn't bother me. She is so happy doing it. Her just turned two 2-year-old brother loves watching her. He gave it a shot once but, obviously, couldn't get balanced. We've had it less than a week, but so far, it's been totally worth it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Since it holds up to 250 lbs, I had to give it a go without the fear of breaking it. It was so much fun!! My son opened it on Christmas and he had as much fun as I did. We both give it 2 thumbs up!

Very cute toy. Beware it does squeak by design. Very annoying but kids love it. Lots of joy for one day. After that the squeak went out. Kids were sad. Parents were happy.

This toy is a blast, my child loves it and so does his grandma. I think she has used it more than him. Pros: It is mostly made of soft materials and so is great indoors. That you can also use it outside. My toddler finds the squeaking noise hilarious and so it makes him want to play with it more. It definitely helps him work on some different motor skills. Folds up nicely for putting away Cons: Learning curve, my lil guy just turned 3 thou. (very easy for his granny to use! hah) Overall a very neat and interesting toy! The product is otherwise fine and my son enjoyed it until he fell face first on the handle bar. What should be only a bruise and user error resulting in seeing a doctor and getting liquid stitches to his face. The problem is the paw patrol figure on the center of the handle is attached to the handle bar with a metal C wire. When depressed on the ground (as is the case when a child falls), the rigid medal wire protrudes. When my son hit his face on the handle, he received a deep laceration. Why they didn’t use a piece of plastic instead of the wire is beyond me. Accordingly, I would NOT buy this product. ... show more

Purchased this for my 3 (almost 4) year old. Lots of falls but he's having a great time with it! As with all toys this one has been used in his pretending. It's been a vacuum, a fishing pole, a motorcycle handle while he sits on a bar stool... so not only is This great for indoor/outdoor bouncing it's easily used in imaginative play.     • Fun kid exerciser and bonus dog runner!

This thing is super fun! I got it for my barely 5 year old for Christmas and she loves it. It was easy for her to do too, once she figured it out. It gets her energy out and its pretty funny to watch. The squeaky could get annoying for some people, but it gets the dog all riled up too and he chases her all around while my husband I get to sit back and chill. That makes the squeaker more than worth the noise (it's really not that loud). It's a kid exerciser and a dog runner all in one! ... show more
