First, the “white” is actually off white/ecru. If you really want true white, this may not be for you. Second, IMO the neck is too long when extended fully but too short if folded down. Folded it’s more like a mock turtle (which I don’t like) and fully extended it it’s not smooth (see photo). I’m going to try shortening the neck but if that doesn’t work I’ll wear them extended anyway. Third, they’re pretty fitted (which I like) but if you don’t want that I’d suggest sizing up. I’m 5’1” tall and weigh 101 lbs - I bought a small. All in all, the black and grey are good colors, the neck isn’t perfect but they’re comfy and the fabric is nice. I recommend. ... show more

Nice soft material. Neck is like a real turtle neck. That was one of my primary concerns. The only thing I would have changed is how it fits. Amazon recommended I purchase a large but I sized up to a XL. It’s is still hugging more than I would like but it’s workable. I’ll order another one size 2x in different colors. ... show more

Purchased a small, I’m 5’ 7” and 160lbs. Such a good purchase!! These are perfect for wearing under other clothing, but even good by itself! They are not see through at all, even the white. If you don’t wear a skin colored bra though, you could probably see through the white one. They fit very well and flattering, but the neck is a normal turtleneck style, so if you’re not looking for a longer neck, this one isn’t for you. These were labeled as a turtleneck mock neck which they weren't a mock neck. That's disappointing. Too much hassle to send back so I will keep. The quality looks good though, just not what I wanted.
