2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Nice upgrade at a great price! No instructions, but pics from past buyers helped! Key to install: the bracket with two screws mounts to the hood Unscrew one screw completely and loosen the other screw about half way through the mounting plate. Gently insert the mounting plate into the hood opening under the rubber seal on each side. Tighten the one screw a few turns and then begin to insert the screw you removed…be patient as it takes a minute to align and get the screw started in the mounting plate. Once it starts in the threads, make a few turns on each screw and snug each one ensuring that the bracket is flush with the hood. Ends on struts will need to be aligned facing the same side. Simply snap them onto the brackets. See pics for proper orientation. Strong struts for easy opening and support! I will plan to replace hood bracket screws with stainless due to one review showing the original screws beginning to rust. Hope this helps! Enjoy!

Got these on both my wifes wrangler and my gladiator, love them, I hate fighting with hood props, the shocks are more then strong enough if anything they are too strong, and we both have aftermarket steel hoods. Not sure on factory hoods but I drilled and used a rivet nut tool to install on hood.

They work as they should on my JLU Rubicon 4xe. Simple to install but kind of tricky to get the plate inside that slot in your hood. These struts are plenty strong to hold my hood up. If anything, I would rather them be a little softer. These struts are a great improvement over the OEM hook thing, access is so much easier and the struts tuck away nicely.

This was a very poor product I suggest no one order it it came with no instructions and the only way it was supposed to fit on my vehicle if I was to drill underneath my hood but my mechanic said that he would not just doing that because it would rest where he drilled the screws to go that's my personal opinion is a one star but Amazon worked with me they wanted me to send it back and get a credit but I decided I would just sell them myself and I kept them myself

simple fits like a glove and easy to install! i recommend putting the bottom screw loosely in the slit of the hood and bracket and then aligning the top later other than that...its extremely strong, i have to force it down to close my hood rather than just letting it drop on its own and barely put any effort in closing it.
