I purchased this for my grandson’s 4th birthday. It was easy to assemble but the directions were very unclear on mounting the steering assembly. I figured it out, but shouldn’t have had to. Also, the tires are hard plastic and go very well on pavement but not on grass. He loves it and I am happy with the purchase. We ordered 2 of these for out 5 y/o boys. The tires are hard plastic, not rubber, and they are way too small. Our boys are average height and even with the seats back as far as they can go, the boys are still hunched over and their knees bumping the steering wheel. Disappointed because these were expensive in my opinion and the boys won't get to use them for long. ... show more

This go-kart is cute and decently well made, however it is very small. Truly, it looks made to fit ages 2-3 tops. The pedals are very close to the seat, barely allowing room for our 4.5 year old son’s legs to stretch out to peddle. His knees have to stick out to the side to stay out of the way of the steering wheel. That is our biggest issue with this go-kart. The recommended age of 3-8 is not at all accurate for this go-kart. **Please considering this if you are looking to buy this for a child older than 3!! This is a cool product for kids, the frame seems pretty durable, the steering could use a little more movement, but the wheels are terrible. They are hard plastic and they dont get great traction on harder surfaces. Over time the grooves wear down, rendering the brakes useless. I plan to buy some rubber wheels (the ones used for wheelbarrows are perfect). Otherwise this is a pretty good item. ... show more

Bought this Fun Go-Kart for my 5 years old son he love to ride it outside. This Toy car required some simply assembly with few instructions guide. There is also a tutorial video on Amazon .
