This is a great natural bamboo closet organization unit that’s affordably priced with a clean design. We needed plenty of space to hang garments which this provided along with additional shelf storage. The unit was very easy to install with 2 people. It can definitely be done with just 1 person but definitely faster and smoother with an additional hand. The unit is sturdy once fully put together and much more so once you have all your clothes on it. Highly recommend. We did have one minor mishap upon delivery. One of the shelves was cracked in the package. I contacted support via email and they were very prompt to reply. I worked with Jane through the entire process and she was excellent and communicated every step of the free replacement process. She even followed up after delivery to make sure we got the new shelf and all was well. Thanks, Jane for your kindness and overall great customer experience.

I do really like this clothes rack and it is working well for what I needed! The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because the wood on the rack is thinner than what the photos show on Amazon. I added some small braces in areas where it seemed a little weaker. Overall it is sturdy, well made, easy to put together, and I would buy it again.

I was skeptical that this closet system was going to be sturdy and good quality, but it has exceeded my expectations. I bought 3 units to provide hanging space in my walk-in closet. They were super easy to put together and only took about 45 minutes per unit. Although it recommends two person assembly, I did it by myself with no problem. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only thing I struggled with in the first one was knowing which holes they were referring to when it said “keep holes on this side” (it was the pilot holes for the cross braces). One thing I was very impressed with was that all the holes were milled properly and everything lined up as it was supposed to (this is a rarity). I wanted a system that had a lot of hanging space and didn’t want a bunch of space taken up with drawers and shelves, and it’s just perfect. The units seem quite sturdy - I loaded them down with clothes and I don’t see any sagging yet. These were perfect for my needs and I would highly recommend. We’re going to get another unit for our daughter’s closet.

Sturdy, nicely finished, modern look for our master bedroom closet holds loads of clothes with high shelves that aren’t too high (I’m 5’6”) for baskets. We ordered two for a nice his/hers “L” configuration. These are an attractive, much lower cost alternative to some of the drawer systems out there. We’re assuming bamboo qualifies as sustainable, and has the advantage of being fairly lightweight for ease of assembly, which took about an hour for the first unit and 45 minutes for the second. Dimensions are exactly as stated. Espresso is more brown than black. We chose these with some hesitation based on others’ great reviews, and would buy again!
