I bought this mirror in March of 2022 for my daughter....it worked great for awhile, lots of light, and looks great in her room. But then after a few months, the lights started flickering, and eventually quit working altogether. But my daughter didn't mention it to me right away. By the time she did, it's been about 10 months after purchase. I pulled out the little instruction book they send with the mirror to see if there's any troubleshooting steps I can take. In the book it says to contact them if there are issues, and that the mirror comes with a 1 year warranty. So I contacted them. They responded quickly, asked a couple questions, and then sent a brand new mirror to replace the one that wasn't working. Thank you Hompen! It fit perfectly on my desk! I was so happy with the size it wasn’t too big it’s pretty small and average size for one person. I saw a little black mark on one of the blind but minus that it’s so gorgeous I have to look at it 100 times a day to admire it😭😭!!
