Arrived in perfect condition with all pieces in tact. Nothing missing or damaged. Gave only 4 stars for "Assembly" because it took me quite a few hours to put together as I was doing it by myself and I'm tiny. The little hammer/mallet included was super useful for tapping the connectors snug into place as I only have so much hand strength to apply to push things together. Ending up using just 2 of the tie wraps for double security on some panels that I couldn't slide/snap fully into place (even with the mallet tapping them in a bit more than I could push) because I'm weak lol. Overall, I'm super happy with the unit. It's nice and clean looking, pretty sturdy, and a neat little addition to the spare bedroom we put it in. Our houseguest was so excited when she came home and saw it ready and waiting for her to fill it up with all her stuff (clothes, towels, blankets, toiletries etc.). Great value for the price, and totally worth the time and effort it took to put together.

We bought these to help organize our bedroom closet. The setup was surprisingly easy vs. what we had read. Directions were so so (they never explained how to use the included zip ties). The tiles click into the little frame holders with little effort (just push down til you hear the 'click'.). You can arrange them how you want, and we went with a hire stack. They were not as flimsy as you might think, and once you put in clothes or other things they get stable. We did not need the straps that can secure it to the wall. I'll update this review in a few months and see how they hold up.

The spaces may be smaller but i will tell you i had one of thr other ones with the bigger squares. And this one still gives me more space. The smaller squares lets me fill it and weight does not over bare it so i fit more in it. I went from 12 big ones to 12 smaller ones and i put back what was in old one plus my mid size dresser clothing as well. With the bigger one the weight didnt let me fill it. Smaller on is perfect
