Have had for a few years. I didn’t buy for towels but for laundry. Some things I don’t want to use the dryer for, but air drying takes forever. Anyway I don’t have a lot of space but I can easily push this out of the way when not using it. I can hang socks on it, or drape a wool shirt around it and it doesn’t take long to get mostly dry.Use a timer for safety if you are going to leave the room because you don’t want to forget about it. That would be very bad. I could wish the bars were closer together as that would suit my purposes better and allow me to make better use of it. I think it would work better overall as well. But this is not a defect in the product, merely a suggestion for improvement.

This product is not worth buying because it get very hot and burn the towels I feel if it is working all the time get fired so I don’t know what to do with it

I needed something to take the dampness off of my towels so they would not feel damp the next day. While this did get pretty hot it never seemed to make the slightest impact on dampness, nor did it warm the towel much. I suspect more cross bars are needed, for more coverage. This warmer does not have a built in timer, so you will definitely want to buy a plug in outlet timer, if only for safety’s sake. On the plus side, this is one of the few ‘standing’ models and as such it was really easy to screw the legs in. The cord was already installed, which is nice (not all brands have the cord pre-installed)

Pros: Works well. We mounted it to our wall. I added a small $7 timer from Menards so it turns on and off every morning. Cons: missing stand parts, 0 customer service.

I looked at many $100 to $400 warming racks. Nothing seemed just right or mixed reviews. I bought this due to low price and ease of placement.. .WOW!!!! I had wired in a 4hr timer on an outlet to preheat a warmer and this warms my 2 full size towels in about 30-40 min but I rarely do it in advance. I turn it on when I start in the bathroom, fold 1st towel and wrap 2nd towel over and around the 1st. In 10 or 15 min after getting out of shower this takes the chill out of the towel that's been in front of the A/C vent and its wonderful! I have been using it every day for 4 months now! EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE!

We have a similar towel warmer that has lasted about 12 years or so! This one seems to work just the same and just as well. It is very warm to the touch, just like our other one. It does a great job drying our bath and pool towels overnight (or about 8 hours), which is just what we need. We don't put delicates to dry directly on it as I believe it is too warm for those. We put a hand towel down first for delicate fabrics, such as bathing suits and trunks. Overall we love the towel warmer! Ours was delivered on time, in good condition and we had no issues. The seller contacted us to insure that we are happy also.
