Poor quality, see the pic , border all along rusty, I would recommend not to buy this. Brightness is poor as well. Packaging was ok , I had bought another mirror from different seller, that was real good, came with perfect packaging too.

Love this mirror, very modern. The only thing I wasnt happy about is not very bright on the brightest setting. I have a fan with a light so I can make it work. If I didn't have that I would probably send back. I love and have had many compliments. The shipping was normal for Amazon now about a week to get. Very simple to install. Daughter just took a shower in her bath and the de-dogger only worked in a couple spots going to have to exchange now I'm disappointed 😞. Received my 2nd mirror and I have the same issue the de-fogger doesn't work at all one this one. I'm so very disappointed. I don't think a 3rd one would be any different. Going to have to try to find another brand that works ... show more

Seems like a good product but it's a shame the manufacturer can't seem to package it safely. I've had two of these shipped to me and both arrived damaged. The first was completely shattered with no sign of damage to the box. Amazon quickly shipped a replacement, which seemed to arrive intact but upon unpacking it I found the two chips shown in the pics. I'm calling it a day and moving on. ... show more

Different from the ad pic. There is only one solid lit stripe and the dimensions are smaller by 1 inch in width and height. The one I received is 31" x 39". The brightness is okay but will not replace a standard bathroom light. Overall it's about as bright as a 35 watt bulb. Update: There is a very annoying buzzing sound whe the light I'd dimmed or when the daylight light temp is selected. Down to one star. Also, the seller expects the customer to pay for the return shipping. Ridiculous. Luckily I live in California where the law prohibits sellers from imposing that. ... show more

Received intact and did work. The problem was that after installation it did work, but there was a very high pitched, very annoying sound whenever the LED light was turned on. No way that would fly. Would totally drive someone up the wall! Returned!

So not impressed with this mirror. Doesn't give off much light. Seems to keep blinking and not stay on setting and came with 2 very small scratches. Do not recommend.

GORGEOUS!! Classy!!! Came on time and thankfully is in perfect condition!!! This mirror is the coolest thing I bought for my bathroom remodel. I loved the look on the web page but it is breathtaking and it was not hard to install. There are other companies that cost a fortune. This is just like the same and is affordable. Installs super easy but bracket has no way of stopping it from sliding off laterally... not a big deal. The issue I really have is that the 3 lit touch buttons in the mirror never go out, you’d think there would just be a slightly opaque outline until you touch it or it might be a lot dimmer but they are super bright and never go out as far as I can tell. ... show more
