I ordered this bed for my granddaughter's bedroom at our house. It arrived in three large boxes. I immediately realized that I would be doing some assembly; more than I realized which I did not anticipate. However, it was a very quick, simple process with great directions, all the parts and everything engineered to fit perfectly and securely. I had the entire bed frame, headboard and footboard assembled and the bed remade in about 35-40 minutes. I LOVE it and am extremely happy with the purchase and would to hesitate to buy anything again from this seller. It looks fabulous, is very strong and sturdy and completely enhances the look of this room.

I bought this bed because I wanted to avoid using a dust ruffle--I hate them! I was a little nervous about ordering furniture sight-unseen, but this bed is a good value for the money. It came in a timely manner, and it was REALLY well packaged. It was easy to put together with help from my daughter, who had just put together IKEA furniture for herself and said this was significantly easier. The bed is very sturdy, and I was pleased that it doesn't raise my mattress up any higher than it was with a regular bed frame. The color is deceiving in the pictures--it's not a bright white as shown, but more of a creamy ivory. I was disappointed at first because I was expecting a true white, but it really is a pretty color, and I've gotten used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this bed. It is definitely NOT a bright or pure white. It is more of a french vanilla white. But that does not matter to us. It went together fairly quickly and there was no damage. It seems well made and very sturdy. And during this time where furniture can take 3-6 months to be delivered, we received this in less than a week. Very happy!!

First off, when I received this there was two marks on the foot board and damage to one of the panels on the headboard. I called the number on the box and received replacement parts pretty quick. I built the bed again and the part in the headboard I noticed was a completely different white!! I called and sent photos to their warehouse and the lady basically said well its not that noticeable have a great day! I was furious... I demanded to talk to a supervisor and no surprise, no one called me. I have never received this horrible customer service ever in my whole entire life!!! I could have returned the bed for a full refund but now this bed is $479 and I only paid $279 so I decided to keep it and I will probably end up painting it. I will be honest, this bed is not the greatest and I almost regret buying it because its really not that sturdy. The wood looks amazing but the headboard does shake.

This arrived in 3 separate boxes all on the same day. After shopping for furniture on Amazon many times, I'm always concerned that packages will arrive in poor condition or with missing pieces. I relaxed somewhat when I saw that the packages looked in good condition, although I wasn't able to open them for assembly for several days. Once opened, we found all the necessary parts, pieces, and tools intact and in good condition (whew!). The foot board was boxed separately, the headboard was boxed separately, and the rails and supports were boxed separately. All of the tools/screws/bolts/whatnot came with an extra piece, which was very handy, as we screwed in one of the bolts crooked the first time around, but were able to replace it with the extra one provided. That was a great feature. Assembly wasn't too difficult with two people. It took about 1.5 hours for the assembly itself (2.5 hrs for us, because we took a dinner break before connecting the headboard to the frame). Once done, we hit the hay, and were pleased to find the bed sturdy and quiet. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and the quality of the product. I will post picture soon.

Ordered this bed and it arrived about 3-4 days later in three boxes. Fairly easy assembly and looked great. Pretty sure the description says you don't need a box screen but you do. The bed only comes with three slats of support with pegs in the middle of them and without the box spring you can see where the headboard ends. However, after having the bed for about three weeks the little pegs holding up the slats all broke. I am a 135 lb 24 year old woman, no rowdy kids or pets jumping on the bed. I added reinforcement via metal brackets to the pegs and they've held up nicely since. It's a great bed, but beware you will have to do repairs or extra work at the beginning.

Beautiful. I checked reviews so I knew it was cream before I ordered it. I personally wanted a cream bed frame. They should really convey that in the advertisement. Anyway, it is quite beautiful. Assembly wasn’t bad at all. I love the way it looks and it feels good and sturdy once the mattress and box spring are up on it. I have only had it a few days, but no creaks or anything like that. Feels solid. Nice smooth finish. Really cozy looking. My bed is one of my favorite places in my house now, for sure.
