At first we were nervous seeing the box took some damage to get here. But it was packed well and the pieces were in good shape. Took a full morning to assemble and required some effort. Like others have mentioned, some things don’t quite lineup correctly and you may need to adjust. As your place The backing on double check that the holes are covered up by looking at the front before you attach it. The shelves were a little out of line and needed some help but we were able to get it all together and it looks nice. It is more sturdy feeling than I expected. The veneer definitely could come off easily… When peeling off one of the number stickers the wood veneer came right off with it. Luckily it was on the underneath of a shelf and not very visible and we glued it back on. Considering getting some thing for the top of the cabinet to help keep it from scratching and peeling up the veneer. Carefully unpack it as to not scratch it. So we would call this a little bit fragile when it comes to keeping that wood looking good on there. I will update this if needed as we go but so far so good! Fits well and works great for what we were looking for. For this price point we weren’t expecting it wouldn’t be as high-quality as if you could find some thing that was solid wood. So we will see how it lasts!

Okay! So, UPS delivered this and told me the box is pretty beat up. Asked if I wanted to decline it. After seeing all the reviews of the beat up boxes, I thought, I'll take a gamble and keep it. Glad I did, this is exactly what we wanted. Yes, it takes quite awhile to figure it all out piece by piece, but all in all....worked out with very minor issues. Since our dinette set is mahogany, this matches good, especially in natural light. This was a good choice and I did lots of research. I'd recommend this, but check everything out before you attempt putting it together.

Happy with everything. However item A in the attached photo had one piece that was defective. It’s not common and the local Home Depot was out of them. Took 3 days to order part from lowes and bar was not ready for our party. Suggest the manufacturer adds 1 extra of each piece of hardware as many other manufacturers do.

This is second one we ordered. We returned the first one because it was beat to death with shipping. This one still had damage on both ends of the package. We had to reverse the backs so that we could hide the damage. Word to the manufacturer- wrap your ends better! Very easy to assemble using the directions. My husband (having assembled a million of items like this) jumped ahead and we found out why you don’t put too many things together ahead! It is a very heavy cabinet and for the price (compared to preassembled ones) it’s a good deal. It matches our other piece in our dining room. It holds a lot of bottles. We had other pieces to hold most of our glasses so we aren’t using that feature but I would say it would work well.
