My parents are looking for home design software for their new house to use on their mac, which cannot be upgraded past OSX 10.13.6 - In the Q/A the manufacturer is misleading is their answer and gives the impression that OSC 10.13 is capable of installing and running this program, but it is not. It requires 10.14+. There is no option for a refund, which is annoying for an obnoxiously priced program. Will likely be finding an "alternative" and free way to access an earlier version of this rather than supporting the manufacturer or developer. In the event that a refund is actually given, we might consider purchasing the 2019 version of this software. ... show more

Easy to learn and use if you have ever used Photoshop or page design programs. Haven't sorted out the walkthrough yet without going to tutorial, but everything else works like it should without direction. Definitely helps you visualize your new space.

This software got great reviews, but it is NOT easy to use. Despite watching many of their tutorial videos, I have been screaming at it for 5 hours and still can't seem to create the house diagram I already created in 5 minutes on paper!
