Sturdy and good quality. My chief complaint is that there are is on opening on the back of the cabinet for appliance wires to pass through. The bottom door does not align properly and it could also be a little taller. Otherwise, it is a great product for the price.

This is perfect for my needs. I think it looks great and is pretty sturdy. A great value for the price. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the assembly so I will tell you my experience. I'm a tiny 62 YO woman but I have a lot of DIY experience. First, this is heavy. I couldn't bring the box in myself so I opened it and took a few heavy peices then I brought in the rest. There are no written instructions. It's all pictograms like Ikea. There are hundreds of peices but everything is marked. What always makes assembly easier is organization. I lined up all the wood pieces in order around the room, they're all labeled. I then put all the hardware in order on a table. You'll put together a few sub assemblies first. This makes the rest of the assembly go much faster. The first few steps take the longest and the rest will go faster so don't get discouraged. If you do not have a drill or power screwdriver get one! This took me 3.5 hours with one and, I'm sure it would have taken at least 6 hours without one. I actually used both because the battery died on the screwdriver before I was done. There are tons of screws! The only gotcha I came accross was one of the shelves. Keep in mind what side will show when putting this together. From the time I started laying out the parts until I pushed it into place for this picture was 3.5 hours. I did have to cut my own hole in the back for the microwave plug. But if you don't want an appliance there, you won't have a hole there to hide. Be patient! Plan on spending at least 4 hours and do spend a few minutes to organize the parts first. Spending time to find parts for each step will slow the process way down. If you're not handy either get help from someone who is or considere something you don't need to assemble.

I really wanted to like this cabinet, but as I unpacked it, I noticed blemishes on some parts from shipping and some other things I didn't like, and I had buyers remorse while I assembled the cabinet. The shipping box was not thick cardboard. Fortunately, there were no major broken pieces with the styrofoam protection. As I unpacked it, there were lots of styrofoam particles attached to all the pieces. All that microstyrofoam gets airborne, and you can breathe that into your lungs. I also noticed that the manufacturer didn’t put enough styrofoam sheets between all the pieces; a top cabinet door had a chip on it and scratches. One side panel had a blemish. That was all from movement within the shipping box. See Photos 1. The cabinet is painted lightly, so it scratches easily. The paint has an odor and lingers for days even after keeping all the doors and middle drawer open to air it out. It’s like a smell that doesn’t go away. I wonder if lead paint was used. The instructions have two different-size wood doles. I made a mistake using the larger size wood dole, and it caused the screws to almost go through the other side of the panel. See Photo 2. Luckily, that mistake won’t be noticed because the cabinet will be placed in the corner of a room facing a wall. I put glue inside all the cam locks and connecting pieces for added strength. See photo 3. After I finished the putting the cabinet all together it is quite heavy. I don’t think it would flip over once you put things on the shelves. I put bottled water on the bottom shelves, so that adds more weight. I put a heavy microwave on it, too. The back panel where the microwave is placed had predrilled holes that looked like a manufacturing error. There was no cutout on the back panel for the microwave power cord. I used a drill hole saw cutter tool. See Photos 4. The middle drawer was off alignment, but I will fix that eventually. See Photo 5. I would have given this cabinet a five-star rating, but the shipping product packaging, which caused scratches on some pieces, the cabinet scratches easily, the lingering paint smell, and the predrilled holes on the top panel show me the quality is not what I would expect for a product at this price. It’s better to buy the white color because it looks like that’s what the original color was on the gray one I purchased, and it was just painted with very bad smelly paint. How I miss products made in the U.S.A.

I purchased this unit for storage in my home office. I measured the area for the printer a couple of times before purchase as having an area to hold the printer was the biggest function I needed from this cabinet. I was a little intimidated by the amount of pieces I had to put together (by myself) but honestly it was easy! All the pieces came in unbroken. But there is a little mar on the glass door face, which I can touch up with some white paint. I also had to pull a bit on the hinges to make the cabinet doors line up. You can adjust the screws a bit to line them up as well. I did both. I was surprised the backing didn't have a hole to thread the electrical cord through (since it advertises as having a microwave space) but I can do that myself. The storage shelves are great for holding my office supplies. I wanted something nice looking to dress up the office. I am happy with my purchase.

So many things wrong with hutch. Assembly took awhile but not terrible. Was missing the screws for the doors, there is chipped off paint all over and scratches, none of the pre drilled screw holes for the doors aligned. Had to drill separate holes, the face on the drawer pop out, the screws for knobs were to small and the chemical smell that it puts off is so strong even after weeks of airing it out I can not put dishes in it. Horrible customer service after contacting them they offered to give me $60 back to fix it myself or I can resell it and make money back. If I had wanted a fixer up project I would have bought a used hutch for much cheaper and done just that. Now they have responded with an email notifying me not to email again they would contact me. Absolute waste of money.
