Does exactly what you expect it to, I just wish it had more ties so it would stay in place a bit better. But it’s far cheaper than any other crate bumper I saw online so I’m pleased. My dog has a curl at the end of his tail (birth defect) that he got caught on his wire crate and I thought he was going to break his tail on it. Now his tail is safe from the wires! ... show more

As a (cheap) product intended for animals that may be more prone to destruction it did not last more than a few days. The location of the ties doesnt line up with any corners, and is just poorly designed. It is not easy to clean, and after the ties were all torn off after a few days I just threw it away. Do not reccomend for any reason other than exterior insulator around a kennel for the wintertime. ... show more

I bought this product because my puppy was making noice at night in their crate. The bumper straps broke off within a week so it doesn’t connect to the crate anymore, don’t recommend.

This bumper is reasonably thick, so cushions the sides of our crate well. The only thing that could be improved is the ties. There is too few of them, so the bumper can be lifted up, preventing the bumper from being 100% effective. Putting more ties on would make it more secure! My dog always lays her head against the sides of the crate and I figured the metal bars were not comfortable. I added this bumper and she loves it. She's always laying her head against the bumper. I would not recommend this for a dog that chews random things as a chewer could rip it easily.

I like this bumper as it protects my pups feet from the edges of the crate. My pup sometimes gets anxious and starts to paw crazily in the crate when we come home and this bumper protects and covers some of the interiors areas that could hurt her paws. It works well an provides a cushion as she sleeps against the sides. My pup loves her crate and goes in to relax when we leave the door open. She also likes to retreat there during storms so I like that it Is now more comfortable for her. ... show more
