It is very well made, the color is darker than pictured which is perfect. The "legs" are spring loaded, very strong springs, so fits tight on most chair arms, fits my wide arm rests perfectly. Folds up nicely and doesnt take up much space when not on use. It's nice sized for remotes, beverage, snacks, tablet or cat! Lol The phone holder slot is very thin so my phone with Otter Box protector doesn't fit, it would if I took off the Otter Box. I have already told 3 people about it!

I love the dark wood. No assembly required. The flat surface is large, thick, and sturdy. I can easily fit a small plate, a cup of coffee, my phone or a TV remote all at the same time. The sides are thick and sturdy as well, and the hinge/spring is very strong. The sides hold to the arm of the chair very securely and the bottom surface adds just enough friction to not slip about without doing any damage to the furniture. I needed this for a recliner that I don't want to have to place a side table near.

Gave 4 stars because the provided phone holder does not work with our iPhone 15 Pros Overall, I love the design and color of the wood. It is solid and stays put! Better than I had imagined it would stick. The size of the tray is perfect - a bit smaller than a lap tray but big enough to hold four cups if needed. An 8 inch plate fits but the sides hang off a little bit. The wood was smooth and deeply colored. The setup was right out of the box easy. Worth the price at the time of purchase was $31
