I had washed this once so thought it couldn't be, but it was exactly what it was. Once I washed it 3-4 more times in a row, I no longer had any reaction and it is great. It is soft, fluffy, and super comfy... just wash it several times before using it, not just once. Whatever chemicals they use in sanitizing the feathers, cleaning the fabric, or in packaging.... or whatever is in the facility it is made in is very strong. ... show more
