LOVE, LOVE this shoe! This is my second pair of Hoka's. My first pair was the Clifton, and while I loved it too, the Rincon is my favorite! I spend all day on my feet and was recommended this brand by my doctors. They are very supportive, so light, I can spend all day in them and have no back or foot issues. Pricey but worth every penny! I wear an 8 1/2 and did not find it necessary to size up, fit is perfect, style is a plus! ... show more

I bought these shoes because I heard from others that they are very comfortable. They are very pricey $189.00. When they arrived I tried them on and when I walked in them just in my house I knew immediately they were not for me. Very uncomfortable I think it is because I have severe back and knee issues. Did send them back and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. They were not going to refund me the full amount because they claimed the co diction of the shoes were used!! I called an spoke to an operator I told them they are not used I never wore them. I did get my money refunded. After getting a nasty email that stated “To make you happy your money will be refunded!!”Product was ok the customer service has something to be desired.
