They are sooo supportive. I have on clouds which I love, but I have planters fasciitis which makes running everyday sometimes painful. This took the pain out of my heels. I also have a wide foot and these are not too narrow at all.

I bought these shoes because I heard from others that they are very comfortable. They are very pricey $189.00. When they arrived I tried them on and when I walked in them just in my house I knew immediately they were not for me. Very uncomfortable I think it is because I have severe back and knee issues. Did send them back and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. They were not going to refund me the full amount because they claimed the co diction of the shoes were used!! I called an spoke to an operator I told them they are not used I never wore them. I did get my money refunded. After getting a nasty email that stated “To make you happy your money will be refunded!!”Product was ok the customer service has something to be desired. LOVE, LOVE this shoe! This is my second pair of Hoka's. My first pair was the Clifton, and while I loved it too, the Rincon is my favorite! I spend all day on my feet and was recommended this brand by my doctors. They are very supportive, so light, I can spend all day in them and have no back or foot issues. Pricey but worth every penny! I wear an 8 1/2 and did not find it necessary to size up, fit is perfect, style is a plus! ... show more
