I bought these to replace my Brooks. I loved my Brooks but started having hip and knee pain the more I walked in them. Someone suggested I try Hokas and I finally made the switch. The hip pain and knee pain has greatly been reduced. I love the purple and hot pink color combo and get complimented on them all the time. I have plantar fasciitis, so it's hard to find good shoes, but with no added arch support, these are comfortable on my wide feet (even an little loose width-wise, which is not the norm) and I wear them all day every day. I also have weak ankles and the one complaint I have about this shoe is that the ankle support is not there. As far as sizes go, I normally wear an 8.5 Wide in shoes or a 9 if a wide is not available. I bought these in an 8.5B and they were true to size. ... show more

I bought these shoes because I heard from others that they are very comfortable. They are very pricey $189.00. When they arrived I tried them on and when I walked in them just in my house I knew immediately they were not for me. Very uncomfortable I think it is because I have severe back and knee issues. Did send them back and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. They were not going to refund me the full amount because they claimed the co diction of the shoes were used!! I called an spoke to an operator I told them they are not used I never wore them. I did get my money refunded. After getting a nasty email that stated “To make you happy your money will be refunded!!”Product was ok the customer service has something to be desired. I can’t say enough about these shoes. They are the most comfortable fit in a gym shoe I have ever worn. If you walk a lot I would recommend trying this shoes. Well worth the price. Looks of selection, colors and sizes.
