Out the box, I slipped them on right away. Just received them today. Walked around the house a few steps. Goodness these things feel amazing! I'll update in a month.I purchase size US men's 8, I'm 5'7" tall, I weigh 160 athletic pounds. Update 4/6/2022: it's been a month. I have been using these shoes for my workout sessions doing Lift 4 from Beach body. The shoes work great on our hardwood floors and yoga mats. I wear them around town and for walks around the parks. They are breathable so when it's cold/ wet outside these are not the shoes to wear. The initial feelings of walking on air quickly dissipates. However, you just get use to it they remain comfy. I seem to like the fit better without socks. They fit more snug with socks however, they are a true to fit size. A thin sock is good, not a thick athletic sock. I just love these shoes. They were a bit much for shoes. I'm not sure they are worth the $160 I paid for them, simply because I never spend more than $60 on shoes and rarely buy shoes unless my shoes are beat down. Haven't bought a sneaker in 6 years. I wear Keen work boots daily as a professional landscaper. I would recommend these shoes although I've only warn them for a month. If they don't last 5 years I will be disappointed but I'm not expecting more than 3 just because they don't look tough enough to rough it out. I go hard in the paint 🤪. Update 7/2 I haven't worn the shoes for a while as I have been wearing flip flops. However, I slipped these back on and OMG they feel brand new, wow, just wow! I really loved these shoes. Our family swears by hokas being the most comfortable and durable shoe. Color is perfect and they have great arch support especially if you have flatter feet. True to size!

    • Hoka, what more needs to be said
The Biondi 7 is the best all around hoka shoe. It has the best cushioning of any shoe I've tried. The Biondi 8 looks like clown shoes (Think Crusty the Clown) due to an oversized outer shell but are still comfortable. That's why I want with the Biondi 7 though. Not sure what I'll do when they stop selling Biondi 7. ... show more

This shoe wears exactly as you would expect, with tons of cushion for long runs. It’s hard to give these a full review, having only run about 15 miles in them. However, so far the cushion is great. My only gripe so far is that the toe box doesn’t seem as roomy as it is in my brooks. I have a fairly narrow foot, but I like how the brooks allow my toes to spread a little better. Not sure if this is due to how new the shoes are or if I’m just imaging it. Nonetheless, I will continue to run in them. At this point I like my Brooks running shoes a bit more though! ... show more

    • Not very pretty but they sure feel good
I feel like I didnt select the most handsome model of shoe they have but it feels so good on my feet. I highly reccomend these if your feet hurt. I'm going to stick to this brand from now on. They're really good.

My cousin, a physical therapist, recommended this brand to address my aching foot arch problem. Within a month of wearing these my foot problems of several years were gone! And in the past 10 months I continue to enjoy happy feet. I used to buy court-style sneakers (well-known brands like Adidas and Nike, on clearance, for $60-80) but the additional cost of Hokas is totally a wise investment in my health and comfort!! ... show more

    • Great for back and knees.
This probably my 8th purchase of these shoes. Great comfort and support for running. The only issue I have with this shoe is that the sole rubber wears out very fast and they are a bit pricey. It is very grippy and soft and that’s the payoff, the quick wear. Btw it’s pronounced Hoaka O’nay O’nay.

These are my first pair of actual walking shoes. Bought them after doing some research into what was generally considered the best walk shoe for men and I am not disappointed. I loved them so much my wife wanted a pair of the corresponding Cliftons for women which we got and she also loves. Great brand and great product! Can’t recommend enough ... show more
