    • Pricey But Worth It!
The Arahi 7 delivers exactly what it promises: stability without sacrificing comfort. The fit is true to size right out of the box—no break-in period, no sizing guesswork. Underfoot, they’re exceptionally comfortable, with cushioning that holds up for long days on your feet just as well as extended walks or runs. The support is noticeable but never intrusive, which is where this shoe really earns its keep. They are expensive—there’s no getting around that. But in direct comparison, they’re significantly more comfortable than my past go-to sneakers from Brooks and New Balance. Those brands served me well for years, but the Arahi 7 is on another level in terms of overall comfort and ride quality. You feel where the money went. The only real drawback is the heel. The heel counter has a hard backing, and while it’s a non-issue during movement, it can feel a bit uncomfortable when sitting with your leg up and the heel presses against something. It’s a design tradeoff for structure, not a defect—but it’s noticeable. Bottom line: pricey, yes—but the comfort justifies the cost. If Brooks or New Balance have been your standard and you’re ready for an upgrade in comfort and stability, the Arahi 7 is absolutely worth a look. ... show more

Hoka are the best shoes that exist. The Arahi are very snug fitting for narrow feet. No more foot pain, very comfortable and stable.

Purchased as gift and sizing was off most brands by one half size. Bought on sale and was unable to do direct exchange. Very high quality shoes but one star removed because of money lost due to sizing issues. Shoes are sturdy with great traction and my son says his feet no longer hurt with the extra support. They appear stylish and he says they are much less heavy than his other walking shoes. He lives in San Francisco and walks anywhere between 10 and 12 mi per day - they still look and fit great even after several months. ... show more

Very comfortable. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the tongue has elastic bands near the top that are slightly annoying when I want to slip them on to walk out side for just a second and they’re not easy on/easy off.     • The "Cloud-Bound Orthopedic"
I bought the Hoka Arahi 7 because my knees have started making a sound like a gravel crusher in a blender, and I've finally accepted that "style" is secondary to "not needing a hip replacement by Tuesday." Putting these on is like strapping two overstuffed marshmallows to your feet—if those marshmallows were engineered by NASA to prevent you from wobbling like a newborn giraffe. The "J-Frame" technology is supposedly for stability, but I'm convinced it's actually a sophisticated correctional device for people who walk like they're perpetually stepping over invisible Lego bricks. They are surprisingly light, which is great because it makes it much easier to run away from the realization that I am now "The Guy in Hokas." They've got enough cushion to survive a fall from a small building, and the pull tab on the heel is the only thing keeping me from a full-blown existential crisis every morning at 6:00 AM. 10/10, would bounce again. Would you like me to find some moisture-wicking socks that won't disappear inside these "marshmallows"? ... show more
