Overall no issues with the accordian. Arrived with a total of 4 boxes. There was a sheet of instructions on how to remove a piece of foam that protected the bass reads, which was conveniently caught in the panel it told you to remove. The only issue i found was the adjustment knob for the hand strap was not fitted right, so initially i could not make adjustments. Im sure with a little effort this could be fixed. All keys work fine and no noticeable damage. I believe more steps have been taken to protect it during transportation so no more damage should occur. The unit came straight out of the box not put together properly and damaged! Every single fastener around the Bellows on the top and bottom of the unit for protrude up out of the unit where it catches on anything and everything and is dangerous to the person using it. There is also damaged around the Bellows which can be seen in the picture. The packaging was perfect there was no damage to any of the boxes there for the unit left the factory like this which makes me question the product quality review standards of this company! ... show more

There were several spots where the glue or sealer had not been cleaned. The biggest problem is several key board and bass notes are out of tune. I was told to contact Hohner Corporation. Not much concern after the sale.

It came in the mail damaged and the insurance I bought didn't cover damages via shipping. And the factory warranty number that came with it was a number no longer in service. I did get it fixed though, and i'm not having any problems. This is my first accordion, and I can say that it is good for beginners. ... show more
