I’m new to zero-drop shoes, and it’s taking me a while to get used to the feel. I’m accustomed to high-stack running shoes, so there will be a big learning curve for me! With that, they are beginning to feel more comfy the more I wear them. I’m about a size 7 normally, but I took a shot at the 6 because they’re wide and they look roomy. I probably would have floated in 8’s. So, to me they feel like a 6.5. Because zero-drop feels very neutral to your feet, the shorter length does not bother me like a smaller traditional shoe would, possibly because there’s no arch that would be encroaching upon my heel. I love the throwback style with the natural rubber bottom. It compliments a wide array of my wardrobe. The soles are rather non-slip, and the construction feels durable. All in all, they are little more pricey than I would have expected, but I do have my eyes on a few other pairs of shoes from this company!

Very lightweight and interesting shoes. Not particularly fashionable in a typical sense but they do have a certain charm to them. Their size makes them very easy to pack away in a bag for travel. And the weight is remarkably light as if you are not even wearing shoes. First off there are some nice benefits to these shoes. Their size makes soles are very grippy and offer a lot of stability on many surfaces. They seem quite sturdy and with double stitching where it counts and efficient single stitching on fashionable layers only. They sit very low to the ground and they don’t seem like they would be affected by getting wet. The feeling of wearing these is a bit like water shoes but with a more comfortable upper. That being said they still aren’t comfortable to wear barefoot. They don’t offer much of any padding on the upper part of the shoe or the cushioning for your feet. They have a similar feeling as racing flats, very light weight but not good for anyone putting in some mileage. If you plan to be on your feet a lot they won’t ease the impact of thousands of steps per day. All things considered these are good shoes. They really could use a bit more attention to comfort for barefoot wearing, but adding some thick socks makes these great for casual athletic or hanging out purposes. The wide fit really does add more toe comfort without seeming awkward. And the weight is quite surprisingly light. With thick socks these really feel great, but for barefoot use I would prefer to stick with something bit more cushioned and padded.

I LOVE these HOBIBEAR barefoot shoes/sneakers!!! I got these in black and ordered my regular size and the fit is great, in fact I have never worn shoes this comfortable before! I have a wide ladies foot and have trouble finding sneakers or shoes that fit me comfortably but these do. They feel like I am walking in slippers. I love the rounded style of the toe area which gives my toes ample room for comfort. They are a pleasure to walk in. I think that they are a great value for the money and look very well made and durable. I hope to get many years of enjoyment from them. I absolutely recommend them!

I've never had a shoe like this before. I've always been more mainstream branded shoes and sandals. What drew me to this shoe initially is the looks. I love the retro high school cross country team vibe this shoe exudes. I guess I should really read descriptions more before making purchases but this one was a very pleasant surprise. They're shaped a little weird because the toe is very wide instead of coming to a point like your normal shoe. Unlike a normal shoe these are extremely flexible and there isn't much padding between you and the ground. I guess that that's why these are called barefoot shoes. I've tried them out and walked around for a while and they feel good. I don't know how they would feel being on your feet all day in them just yet. My initial reaction is the shoes are put together really well. I didn't find sloppy stitching or excessive glue around the sole.

I grabbed these HOBIBEAR barefoot, zero-drop sneakers in grey—perfect fit for my wide feet thanks to the roomy toe box (huge win). The knit upper is flexible, and the sole offers decent grip, making them feel like a solid start for workouts. Full transparency: the style leans towards a “dad shoe” look with that muted grey, so if you’re after something slick for everyday wear, these might not hit the mark. Also, I didn’t feel like they’re the comfiest all-day option due to the zero-drop design. That said, if you’ve been hunting wide-toe box sneakers with a minimalist profile and you don’t mind the aesthetic (grey ones at least) which isn't awful by any means, these are worth giving a shot.

The wide toe box is a standout feature, it gives my toes plenty of room to spread out, which feels really comfortable and mimics a barefoot walking experience. They’re soft and cushioned, perfect for casual strolls, though I wouldn’t use them for running or jogging. The gray color is simple and matches well with jeans or casual shorts. They’re a solid choice for everyday wear if you like a relaxed fit. They slip on easily and are extremely light weight. They have good grip as well.

I recently ordered the HOBIBEAR Barefoot Shoes Zero Drop Wide Fashion Sneakers. These shoes have exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and flexibility. The zero-drop sole design promotes a natural stride, and the wide toe box provides ample room for my toes to splay naturally.
