This is a really great value set to build a tow truck crane on to an RC truck or crawler. It includes everything required including the servo, cable, hooks, and more. While it isn't the highest quality parts, all the parts included are quite durable and decently made. The servo is pretty strong and should be able to pull larger trucks. It is very easy to assemble, but getting it mounted to a truck may take some creative thinking. Keeping tension on the cable is important to prevent it from unraveling. It may also be required to think about transmitter and receiver requirements to make the servo function properly. It is quite large and this really is intended for full 1/10 scale builds. So called "mini 1/10" scale would be too small. The crane itself is very durable and should be able to handle many years of use. If it is installed properly, it should be able to handle normal trail use. With it being exposed, it probably would be damaged if it fell off rocks at height, and this will raise center of gravity quite a bit. Therefore, it is important to keep in mind how this will change truck dynamics and suspension requirements. Stiffer springs in the rear of the truck may be required.
